Subscription Agreement

By purchasing a subscription from Emberk, you agree that your payment method will be automatically charged at the price and frequency displayed on the product page until you cancel.

Billing & Delivery

Subscriptions are billed automatically every 30 days (or at your selected frequency)
You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each billing date
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of billing

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

To cancel, you can:

Log in to your account at emberk.co and go to Manage Subscription
Email us at hey@emberk.co
Contact us through https://emberk.co/pages/contact

Once cancelled, you will not be charged again, and no further shipments will be sent.

Important: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Our logistics team begins preparing your package as soon as the order comes through. If you miss the cancellation window, you may return unopened products in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

Skip, Pause, or Modify

Don't want to cancel completely? You have flexible options:

Skip: Skip your next order and resume the following cycle
Pause: Temporarily pause your subscription and resume when ready
Change frequency: Adjust delivery to every 30 or 60 days
Update products: Change flavours or quantities in your subscription

All changes can be made through your account dashboard or by contacting us.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

First subscription order: Covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You may open and try one (1) bag of each flavour risk-free. If not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Subsequent orders: Unopened bags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
