At Emberk, we're committed to getting your premium mushroom coffee to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Please note:
- We process orders Monday through Friday only, excluding national holidays
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Processing times may occasionally be longer due to fulfillment center delays or high order volume
Shipping Locations
We ship to both Canada and the United States. Orders may be shipped from either our Calgary, Alberta location or our fulfillment center in Toronto, Ontario, depending on inventory availability and your location.
Shipping Costs
We believe in making premium wellness accessible:
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50
- Flat-rate shipping fee on orders under $50
Free shipping threshold applies to both Canadian and US orders.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier used. We work with multiple carriers across Canada to ensure the fastest delivery possible to your area.
Canada
Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and proximity to our Calgary or Toronto facilities.
United States
US orders typically take 3 - 10 business days after shipping due to customs processing and cross-border transit times. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and current customs processing speeds.
Carriers
We use various trusted carriers based on availability, speed, and optimal delivery routes to your location. Your carrier will be confirmed when your order ships.
Subscription Orders
If you're subscribed to regular Emberk deliveries, your subscription orders will be automatically processed and shipped based on your chosen delivery frequency. All subscription orders enjoy our standard shipping benefits, including free shipping on orders over $50.
Order Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey to your door.

Important Information for US Customers
Customs & Duties
US orders may be subject to customs processing, which can add time to your delivery. Additionally, some orders may be subject to tariffs or import duties based on current US trade policies regarding Canadian goods. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected upon delivery.
Border Processing
Cross-border shipments require customs clearance, which may extend delivery times beyond our standard estimates.
Potential Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, orders may experience delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Seasonal shipping delays (especially during holiday periods)
- Canada Post strikes or labor disruptions
